Kuldeepak Gupta - Director
 
Kuldeepak Gupta is one of the founder Directors in eROADS Technology. An engineer by profession Kuldeepak Gupta graduated from the University of Nagpur in B.E. Computers in 1994. His passion and profession however was in the field of Sales and Marketing keeping with which he started his career with Vintron Informatics Limited in 1994 as Marketing Executive. He set an example in going into the granularities of the business and understanding the nuances of the industry, finally parting ways with Vintron in 2001 as National Manager - Sales. Kuldeepak’s meteoric rise in Vintron speaks of his deep understanding and his broad vision.  

Kuldeepak Gupta has created an extensive reservoir of goodwill and respect in the industry, which reflects in the kind of business eROADS is doing today. Many business strategies and sales plans implemented and strategized by Kuldeepak have gone on to become major areas of growth and revenue for the organization. As the driving force behind the organization, he still remains the guiding inspiration for most eROADS employees. Kuldeepak has demonstrated immense expertise in bringing organizations and human assets together with his exceptional ability to quickly promote best practices and drive integrated teams towards common organsiational goals.

Pranjal Mishra - Vice President (Sales)

An engineering graduate in Computer Science, Pranjal started his career with the erstwhile GO IP Solutions Ltd. As a senior executive at eROADS, Pranjal is responsible for motivating top and bottom-line company growth through resourceful sales marketing. His leadership skills have helped eROADS establish as one of the fastest growing technology companies.

He has been both a catalyst and a witness to the meteoric rise of the group in last six years. He has donned many hats in this period viz. managing operations, Pre-sales, sale, hiring and training of the sales team. Currently he is responsible for nationwide Sales & Marketing and Business Development activities in eROADS Technology and manages both the acquisition of new business and the retention of existing customers.

Pranjal acknowledges that his stint with eROADS has been immensely satisfying and he feels the organization’s stellar growth mirrors sheer hard work that the entire team has vested in creating goodwill amongst customers and other stakeholders. He is convinced that in its new “avatar” eROADS is geared to provide unparalleled services to its customers and is excited about the opportunities and possibilities that lie ahead. For him the journey has just begun!!

Navin Kumar - Vice President (Technical)

For over 10 years, Navin has been helping clients translate their Information Technology dream into reality and successfully implement them. A CISCO and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Navin started his career with the erstwhile GO IP Solutions Ltd in 2001 and since then has held several responsible positions in the technical and the implementation team. Navin guides eROADS Technology’s advanced research and is responsible for the company’s technology development. Navin has a rich experience in managing, implementing, designing and maintaining Local Area and Wide Area Networks for Data, Voice and Securities at various installations. Currently he is responsible for managing the entire technical operations nationwide in eROADS Technology.
